SUSPENSION PROBLEM
Hey guys I am new in this forums, I have a question about my audi a8l 2007. Like a month ago I saw that the passenger side front and rear gap between fender and tire was lower then the gap on driver side. And today passenger side looks ok but driver side is lover then a passenger. No lights on, on the dashboard, looks like everything ok, but its not.
Sorry for the mistakes.

suggest you search the forum as there are quite a few threads on this topic. Most often the issue is a leaky air shock. Not cheap but the boys here have sourced good alternatives to the dealer. Like i said, give the search a try and i think you find most of your answers. If not, then ask away.

I had an issue with my suspension, it needed a new air compressor. Purchased it from www.rockauto.com for a fraction of what Audi wanted. Fortunately my friend is an auto mechanic and put it in for next to nothing.
My issue was the car sitting very low, extremely bumpy ride, occasionally would work but whenever it was cold outside my car would sit soo low to the ground everyone thought I put lowering springs in.

Much cheaper to rebuild the compressor. The Electric motor hardly ever goes bad. It's just the seals in the compressor piston from the heat/friction get hard and can't compress. I got a rebuild kit from Ebay user bagpipingandy in the UK for fairly cheap. Took about an hour to rebuild and all is well again. Audi sold a kit for the Allroad years ago but don't sell one for the A8 or Q7.
