The swirl removal and 2-year Ceramic coating was the part that sold me the most.
Paid $375.

I do agree on the front plate delete.
I am searching for the correct part. Gloss Black, no plate, with Parking aid sensors.
I also am searching for the same grille because this one has a defect that is visible up close.
Low priority stuff though.

If you replace the grille, go with the W12 grille. IMO better looking than both the stock A8 and the S8 one.

W12 =Vertical stipe emphasis.

I agree that the W12 08-09 is the best looking stock grill. The only difference between the S8 and the W12 grill is the color. The W12 is gloss black vs the S8 is matt platinum. I'm biased since mine is a W12. When I changed my 05 W12 grill, I went with my current 08-09 W12 grill because I thought it was the best looking.

Also, that was a great deal for the detail work.

Personally, I've always liked the contrast between the grey S8 grill and a black car. I don't know why, but the colour also just says 'performance' to me.

Again, I'm biased, as I own an S8.

I was not there when he did it, but it does involve covering the Mass Air Flow sensor and the soapy stuff you see in the pics.

As far as grilles, I prefer the horizontal "stripes" of the facelift D3.
Not a fan of the vertical chrome "stripes" on the W12 grille.
I like my grille in gloss black, just need the plate filler piece.
