quattro appreciation
I was driving towards Westborough, MA yesterday in the snow and witnessed something that reminded me why I love my Audi. As I was creeping up a hill in traffic, the right lane seemed to be blocked ahead. As I approached the top of the hill I saw the reason for the backup: a BMW 750IL was sliding around and spinning its wheels to no effect. All of that horsepower and technology was rendered useless by a little bit of snow. I cracked a smile and started to wondered if I was experiencing an empathy-lacking moment of schadenfreude or if I was just appreciating quattro.

I get amused at people wanting more and more horsepower each time a vehicle is updated. All the power in the world is useless if you can't get it to the ground.
