Watching this gives me the chills, Q7 does drive well in snowy and rainy conditions.

Cheers,

Louis

Good god.

Yeah, summer tires on S8 in snow=not a great idea. At least I know how this heavy pig slides on the snow.
I'll be ordering something soon or not driving it at all.
Too many idiots out there.

Ah yes, Russian dash cam craziness. Vast majority of those accidents are drunk driving and/or bad tires.

It's not snow. It's Vodka.

My A8 is stored for the winter, garaged, and covered. I have a 2 amp trickle charger on it. I have my 99 F150 4x4 and my 01 Villager that I drive in the winter. Eventhough my A8 is AWD too many idiots out there and I'm not going to tear it up .

I watched the videos and they all seemed to drive crazily, totally uncontrollable for some reasons. So scary... There are intersections with people driving through red lights like no lights at all at high speed.

I have been looking for a nice car cover. Does Audi not make a form fitting one for the D3's that isn't for the A8L

Had the W12 and the 4.2 in the winter last year. Both performed amazing, although the 4.2 with the thinner 255 vs 275 tires on the W12 worked out nicer carving through snow. The A8 just carved through it with my standard Continental DWS'.

Default Agreed 100%

here's how my A8 spends the winter:

And the autumn, and most of the spring....Fuel stabliser, full of petrol, battery tender, tyres slightly harder, moisture absorbing crystals inside.

I know it's old, and mega miles, and this and that doesn't work, but it's my A8, and I'm not about to let some talentless half-with slide into it in their Mum's mini van.

The liquid on the floor is snow melt off from the boss's A6.

Snow? That's what Range Rovers are for....

Default Studded snows

Winter wheels with studs. The only way to go. Raise the suspension go anywhere.
