Hi,
I had a similar problem before and there was no problem with the motor but with EPB ECU. I bought on eBay for 50pounds and is a simple plug and play ecu. No need for coding just swap the ecu.
Best,
Andi

I've seen all the possible problems, salt country with a 543 000km car. Dont rule out the wiring. Look around the 1min part where the current flickers , thats indication of bad wiring.
Supply Voltage for Left Parking Brake Motor (V282) thats the power from the fuses in the quarter panel going through the motor and back on one side and module ground the other side and vice versa to retract That code is module, wiring, or caliper open circuit or frayed wires.
You can actuate calipers manually by unplugging EPB module and putting power in the pins. If it works, then module is bad. If it doesnt, wring or caliper is bad. THen you go to caliper, put power, if it moves fine, its the wiring and you'll have to do the wiring swap im doing in the video
