They lasted 186K. Here are pics of the 3 bearings I replaced. I was able to do it through the small gap on the underside with the right combo of wrenches. Getting the pin out of the new tensioner pulley after the belt installed was a bitch. Had to use vise grips and a pry bar.
Lower idler looked ok Tensioner that blew up Upper idler looked ok
