I ended up ordering a 4E0201511A from the local dealer for $100. Next time I will shop online in advance. The procedure is really simple with MP4.2's guide:

I did have a corroded screw so I had to pry it out of the plastic. Now the fuel filter is in there with zip ties!

I had the same corroded bolt but you can get it out (filter) without cutting the bolt and having to use a zip tie.
