Every seat has the temperature sensor for heated seat and ventilated seat. I don't have access to elsawin today, but I'll check it out and post the picture when I get home. Anyhow, the dial reset to 0 is the same problem when I retrofit my Q7 heated seat, the seat doesn't have temperature sensor and the heat element as load. In the mean time, look under the seat to see if any cable is loose or not connected.
