Now he doesnt know which way the ring goes from my picture below that's next to the bearing?! Can you guys help with that?

wrong, is either in the axle shaft or bearing itself.
on this car it suppose to be part of the bearing assembly.

If you can see the picture its at the bottom right. Mishar's picture shows some more detail of that same location.

Ahh, crap. That's my mistake. I was thinking of a different car. Either way, the ABS ring is in that location.

Here's the abs sensor but the dumbf$&k doesn't know now where the ring goes that came with the new bearing...

that ring you can disregard as the old one stays in the hub and no need to remove it.
is just a cover for the bearing and has no effect whatsoever on the abs.
like the language you use before you even know what's wrong, remember there are dealers you can take your car to.

He took it off before hand and don't know which way to put it in.

I always take it in to the dealers. But i forgot to mention that i and my a8 are in a EU and the nearest dealer is about 200 miles away and the the right bearing went crazy in these mountains -roller coaster like roads and I was afraid of further damage.
