<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/85545/chippy.jpg"></center><p>
The front 2 switches are worn and have white showing through, i black sharpied them up, but i'd like to replace them as the marker wears quickly. They are worse then the pic now. Thanks...

Default Have same problem with my switches

Audi replaced the switches under new car warranty. However now that the car is still under cpo, it is just over 4 years old the extended warranty does not cover the delaminating switches or delaminating console. The console dash strip and door lock buttons have the same coating on them, Audi's bloody supplier hasnt the technology to make the rubbery coating last, the film blisters in high heat when the car is left in the sun during the summer months.

Default Nope. Tried on my CPO RS6. Under warranty they once attempted to paint

the door handle where it was peeling (for the first owner of my car...i would have made them replace it) but it has held...they may have a touch up paint for it if you ask that may stick better than the sharpie marker. Thinking about asking at dealer or model paint soon myself for my main headlight switch in my RS6.
