Could be a coolant temperature sensor issue. I'm assuming you mean that the fans run when the car is off. Please try to use proper sentence structure, even though I suspect you are on a phone. It makes understanding your issue properly easier. Which fuse was it you had removed?

+1. Not readable. If OP wants help and our investment of time to respond, do the same in your post and the information provided.

No worries, I get that. I can't help you much here, other than to say that the fans don't get power unless the car says so. It is a common issue with the coolant temperature sensor failure that the fans go into overdrive, even with the car shut off. The car assumes it's overheating and it's trying to protect itself.

For those who need it, and correct me if I'm wrong, but here is the grammar corrected post as I read it;

Hey guys, new here, I was looking for some help. I recently discovered that only one coolant fan is working properly. I tried running the car with the fuse removed, and it never over heated. I noticed the right fan was working properly, but both fans run when the fuse is inserted and the car is off. It kills the battery.

Better, but it has to be longer no meter how small the phone is. It is not clear if right fen is works properly without fuse or with it.

Problem is Fan Module. It is integrated within the fan and has to be replaced with it all together. There is no relay. If the problem is intermittent clearing the code will stop fans but it will come back again and drain the battery.
