I would disassemble the relay and look for burnt components or contacts that look pitted. Any issue that can't be resolved means replace the relay. On the other hand, if the relay internals look good, install the relay without it's cover. Get the car to fail. When it does, reach to the relay and see if the coil engaged. If this is not possible, reach to the relay and manually try to press the armature to close the contacts. If the car starts, figure out why the relay is not energizing. Wiring error, no signal from engine controller or ignition system (bad connection somewhere?) . That's how I would correct it.

As far as I can see 2007 has only one fuel pump relay for both pumps, so it is more likely that is relay than two pumps. Relay also can stop and start working again. Relay is not expensive. Check here (search for: "fuel pump relay"). I would just replace it an hopefully forget it.
