Use standard automotive electrical troubleshooting techniques to trace and verify those two malfunctioning circuits. Since two circuits are unlikely to go bad at once, lokk for a loose or disconnected connector.

I'm going to go with the carbon build up on this one. there is two faults mention the limits were not reached.
If you are capable on the spanners, have a go at de coke on the turbo and see what you find.

Thanx guys yes i do fix my cars usualy well where i can.i did clean throttle body check loose conections.all fine.il go at the turbo and manyfolds next i let u know anything new
This is what someone wrote me but i dont know exactly does he means and what part to look for .....:
Yeah, the solenoid theat operates the wastegate on your turbo must be shagged. The wastegate is a valve that bypasses exhaust gasses to further back in the exhaust, past the turbocharger. The wastegate regulates how much exhaust gas goes through your turbocharger which in turn regulates how much boost (positive pressure) the turbocharger produces and forces into the the cylinders. It should be a fairly easy and cheap fix. A lot easier and cheaper than a turbocharger replacement :-)

Not really the right board; 98% of posters have petrol
Welcome BTW.
Unfortunately in your case this is basically a North America board as far as poster knowledge. A few post from the UK and Continental Europe. Almost everyone has a gas motor D3, and TDI's weren't sold here until the D4. If there are any decent boards in the UK, I would try there (assuming your Deutsch is no better than mine). You could also try the Q7 board here, since that has had the longest running 3.0TDI install here in North America, and a fair number are out there.
Feel free to hang out, and we're probably more help for most anything else on a D3.
