I recently bought my wife a Honda Pilot; she wanted it, so... Anywho, she was driving and noticed that the transmission slipped once. I looked on-line and noticed that it had a recall for the trans. I took it into the dealer and they called to tell me we're getting a new transmission courtesy of Honda. I say really?! Wow, now that's customer service! Her Pilot was bought used and not under warranty.

Wish Audi would own up to their transmission problems.
