That was two years ago when the bike was new. The 5K has been gone almost as long.

there's a CPO'd '02 currently for $28k asking price.

but, there are a few listed in the $40ks - 50k, which I think is just nuts, especially when there are CPO '04-'05 A8L in the mid-upper $30ks.

Those rims on that car are not a factory option, they are of a D3 S8. The other options i assume you mean is the Nav System etc.

I can never understand why they never gave the same options to the US aswell, It amazes me that the A8 being a "big" car was not sold in the US till 97' when we had it in 1994. Its better suited to US roads as far as its size goes.
