S8 Drilled Brake Rotors & Pads
#2
Speed costs money. How fast did you want to go?
Seriously tho .. what's your price range? You looking for a big brake kit or OEM-sized replacement rotors with slots?
Also .. what year is your S8?

Re: S8 Drilled Brake Rotors & Pads
I just put drilled/slotted rotors on my 2002 S8. I got them off of ebay, a guy there has a bunch of them, and you can make an offer. I offered $275 plus shipping and he accepted, so you may want to try $250, which would be an excellent price for 4 rotors. However if you want to get real good ones, go with the ECS fronts, as they will drop the weight considerably, as the rotors on our cars are heavy as hellllll. Braking has improved signficantly, but i also get alot more brake dust than before.

Re: I didn't know that ECS made two piece rotors for the S8.
When I called ECS, they said they would fit on the front, I of course haven't tried it personally, but thats what they said.

Absolutely impossible to use A8 rotors on an S8.
The front rotor dimensions are wildly different, 312x25 mm versus 345x30 mm. Since the S8 uses an axial mount caliper and the A8 a radial mount caliper, in all likehood, the rotors will also use different offsets.
The rears won't fit either, 245x10 versus 280x22.

Re: Where to find OEM size brake rotors for '02 S8
As I said in my other post, there is a guy on Ebay that has them. I bought them and they are on my 2002 S8. OEM size and weight, just with holes and slots. And you cannot get a better price.
