My radio went to safe mode and I put the code in. It came back on, then a few days later it went off completely. What I want to know is is there anything I can do to get the radio back on. It has nothing on but lights.

Check the fuse on the back of the radio.

As the lights are fed from an external source, my guess is also the fuse on the back of the radio.
