Query: Better to buy a D2 S8 or a D2 A8 ?

I cannot compare to an S8, but compared to me driving our Jetta 1.9 TDI or my Diesel Suburban, the A8 is like driving a rocket.
The handling on the A8 is supreme for a car that size and weight. The acceleration , while maybe not sports car realm is quite entertaining and allowed me to put smiles on my passengers..
The car fits around you and the driving experience is sublime. Its also about enjoyment and all the creature comforts that you can stuff into a car.
I had a chance to drive it a bit aggressively on a slightly wet pavement and that is where you see the suspension in action coupled with that incredible quattro which puts fun back into driving.
Now I need to drive an S8 for a week
