Default I'd wait until you were at least a year in to even think about it.
I really fear they will be unmaintainable outside of a dealership.

I can maintain that damn thing....I bet ross-tech will have it well documented by then.

I have long-since moved away from the Tall Corn State, though, and continue to find it remarkable that people ride across it for fun!

Despite general mis-conceptions, it is NOT flat!
You WILL be in better shape when you finish...
