this is the same thing, it just comes up on my phone as a BMW btu. It works the same as the audi and mercedes bluetooth adaptor. the only problems i have is the volume could be louder and my phone book (tmobile mda) doesnt transfer over to the bluetooth thing. yes it is easy and you dont have an ugly added thing on the dash.
