HELP-Keys locked in trunk in Savannah, can VW cut a new key?

HELP-Keys locked in trunk in Savannah, can VW cut a new key?
I am on the last day of my vaction and I locked the keys in the trunk while loading the family luggage. AAA sent out a locksmith who was able to get into the car, which activated the alarm and disabled the trunk release button.
Can a VW dealer cut a key from the vin? Audi roadside wants me to go to the nearest dealer which is in Charleston S.C., so if I need to be at the Audi dealer I would have to rent a car to get there.
So if anyone knows for sure if this can be done at a VW dealer, I could save a lot of time since there is a VW dealer in Savannah.
