Guaranteed HP loss.
Anything that increases turbulence in the air flow also increases pressure drop, which reduces air flow, which reduces HP. When the transmission has to downshift to make up for the power loss, it'll also reduce gas mileage and accelerate wear of our already weak transmission. You'll get better results if you just send me a check for $10.95 and forget the whole thing.
