Fan nut doesn't come out... Help!!!
Hello all,
I'm changing the water pump, removed the bumper, up to the fan nut that's supposed to be left thread which CW to loosen (according to audipages), but when I turned the CW, using one of the 3 10mm bolts as reference, the little 10mm turn loose, not the big nut... Is there any trick to this.. Thanks.

Need tool
There are the smaller bolts around the large nut. In between the smaller bolts are holes. There is a tool which insert into two of those holes with something that looks like a scissor and helps hold it while you remove the nut clockwise. Hope it helps.

I got the fan bolt out, but I can't get the timing belt cover on the passenger side off. I knock it around and it does move side ways but how do I get it to come out. Does the harmonic balancer pulley needs to be off?
Thanks,
BTW all bolts and nuts are out just like audipages instructed.

In the timing belt writeup it says to remove the 4 bolts on the viscous fan, do the blades come off?
