This place is great; when I asked them if they had ever DONE a 4.2 tb service, the owner said they'd done a few, and that it was common for them to come in "off a tooth" from someone previously not using the cam locking tools .. I am so damn lucky to have these guys 2 miles from my house and incredibly reasonable in cost.
Oh I almost forgot .. they are doing the F125 switch too. I plan on being completely happy again.

F125 is a multi-function switch mounted to the transmission housing, and ...
... can be accessed via the driver's side wheel well.
It senses which gear the transmission is in, and informs the control boxes.
When it wears out, you get:
1> Back Up lights (white) can be on, even in forward gears. Nice for getting the attention of police.
2> Passenger side mirror dips towards the ground, when NOT in reverse.
3> Main rear-view mirror will not auto-dim at night
4> car refuses to do ANYTHING when you attempt to start it (thinks it's in gear)
5> occasional LIMP HOME mode.
All of these symptoms can be cleared by running the shift lever through it's entire range a few times UNLESS the switch is too far gone.
In some cases, the bulkhead connector for this switch is the problem, not the mechanical switch. Cleaning it MAY put off the need to replace it.
Another cause for some of these symptoms MAY be a mis-adjusted shifter cable. The adjustment for this is very close to the F125 switch, on the transmission housing.

I am in central Connecticut, and the shop ...
... is Mitchell-Schuster Imports. They've been in the same building since 1973. They are in that 3-corners area where Southington meets Cheshire and Meriden.
I've recommended them before. They got the first transmission service/fill PERFECT on the first try, 35k miles ago.
*SHOCK* *AWE*
If you call them, do NOT waste time talking technical with the receptionist. She's just going to get annoyed. The owner (Doug) and the shop foreman rock. At least one tech there was stolen from an Audi dealership.

I guess ... if you are picky, and really care.
I was simply making a stereotypical comment, common amongst English-speaking people with regards to German machinery; not attempting to accurately paraphrase Wagnerian opera.
I prefer Beethoven anyway, in my raging female sky warrior.
Joy, beautiful spark of the gods,
Daughter of Elysium,
We approach fire-drunk,
Heavenly One, your shrine.
...
Glad, as his suns fly
Through the Heavens' glorious plan,
Run, brothers, your race,
Joyful, as a hero to victory.

And when I get my Joy on, I prefer Placido Domingo as Tenor.
