Cracked a darn rim, suggestions?

Cracked a darn rim, suggestions?

16x7 5 spoke painted wheel ...
Last night I had my summer tires swaped for a set of green diamond ultras. Seemed to work fine on the way home, but flat this morning. Turns out that the rim got cracked about an inch long, perpendicular to the bead. I have a call in to a local repair shop to see if they can fix it, but I was wondering if anyone here might have any experience with repaired wheels and if they are more likely to break again in the future? I called wheel colision center and they said they could do a swap for $200, but it would be several days. Force five has a used one for $200, no swap, but agian wouldn't be here 'till next week. Any thoughts would be apreciated!

Is it an Audi wheel? Or Aftermarket?
I would just buy a new one....that wheel whatever it is, is not worth $200 plus shipping.
