Icey blast and cure!
I just got over 4 days without electricity due to an ice storm. The 8 looked just like yours, but that was not the most important issue.
Heat light and food come just before....just ;-)
Now we are looking at over 30 cm of snow by Sunday. Quattro just makes sense! (Forum content:-)
Oh, And don't just pull the frozen doors open, the door seals may suffer damage. $$$
Pour windshield washing fluid in the door cracks from the top down. That will soften the ice!

Or even cool water poured over the frozen cracks will work. Next time.......
park in the garage ;-) There has been some really nasty weather around the country recently- I hope everyone comes through relatively unscathed.

Same happened to me 3 years ago. I very softly tapped my brakelights with my ice scraper...
...to get the ice off to find out later that I caused a bunch of little cracks in the plastic.

I used a little bit of warm water on the rear door, entered car, hopped to front and started car...
left it running for a few minutes on high defrost and then opened driver's door.
