When you build an A7 on Audi website there is no Innovation Package to pick. I understand HUD is now standard on Prestige. When you build an S7 or RS7 there is an option to select night vision. Does this mean you can't get it on A7's? My 2014 Prestige loaded Pearl Black with Black Optic arrives tomorrow and I have no idea if it will have it.

I recently purchased a 2014 A7 Prestige with the Innovation Package as an option. That Innovation Package included the HUD and the Night Vision Assistant.

It it strange. It is not an option you can select when building an A7 online at audiusa.com. HUD is now included. Night Vision is a separate option when you build S7/RS7. I have Googled the high heavens to figure our what Audi is doing. Audi build sheets show Innovation Package which indicated HUD and Night Vision. Now that HUD is included you don't seem to be able to get night vision. Thought insiders might know something.

The Audi configurator is not completely up to date for the 2015 models. A7 black optic wheels are not showing and neither is the sepang blue color option for S6/7. Night vision is definitely still an option for the 2015 A7 for $2,500.

The 2015 US Audi Order Guide shows Night Vision Assistant as a stand alone option on Prestige (but not Premium Plus) A7's. It shows it as Option Code 9R1 at a price of $2,500.

It seems night vision is its own option you can pick now. But how do you get HUD. I told my dealer when I picked up my new A7 I would have picked those options but because I built online I didn't know it was available. He was surprised by it. I am very much enjoying the car. Better than I thought.

HUD is standard on the Prestige and not available at all on the Premium Plus.
