Lease End of Term - Upside!
I was wondering if anyone who leased an early A7 is near the end of their lease term?
AutoTrader is showing that 2012's with average mileage are selling in the $50K range (tons of variables - but you get the idea). Assuming an original list of around $70K with a 55% residual would result in a buyout of around $38,500. This would result in plenty of upside!
As you know, Audi is usually conservative with estimated residual values.
The above figures are only rough estimates - so it would be nice to hear from someone that is currently at or near lease term that could provide some numbers for us to think about.
