Default How's this A7 Lease Deal?

Hi everyone,

What do you all think of these lease deal I received? Can someone help me calculate my monthly payment, assuming the MSRP is $70,000 and I can negotiate it down $3500 off MSRP?

Residual: 55%
Money Factor: .00092

Let me know, thanks.

Assuming 36 months - you are going to be around $875 plus any applicable taxes.

Here is a simple to use lease calculator. Remember that the more you negotiate off MSRP, the lower the lease payment. If this is a 2014 model, you should receive a minimum of $6,000 off MSRP.

The residual (55%) and rate factor (.00092) are set by AFS. You can't negotiate the residual. The rate factor can sometimes be negotiated - with excellent credit and/or multiple security deposits. .00092 is already very competitive.

This leaves purchase price as you best option to get a lower lease payment. Negotiate price just like you would if you were paying cash!

Alright, sounds good. He said for a 71k car, he could get it to about $786 a month, with 12k miles. Does this seem fair ?

How much are you putting down? Is this based off $0 down?
How fair it is depends on how much the cap cost reduction is to get to that monthly payment (i'm simplifying).

You are asking for help, but you need to post all the relevant information. Otherwise, we are trying to solve an equation with too many variables.

MSRP: $71,000
Capitalized cost (MSRP - dealer discount - down payment) - ?
Taxes: $ amount, and is it monthly, or rolled into capitalized cost
Lease Factor: 0.00092 (2.2% interest rate, very good)
Residual %: 55% (set by Audi)

If you are NOT putting down any money, it looks like a very good deal, and the implied discount seems far higher than $3,500.

Here is another calculator.
