Bluetooth Phone Audio (Voice call)
Hi guys,
I have a small issue with the audio quality when using my phone (for a voice call).
The audio quality I can hear all words and are quite clear (unless the mobile signal is bad). The issue is with the audio quality that the other party hears. I have had a number of people say that the voice cuts out a little at slow speed, then progressively gets worse when speeding up... to the point that at about 75MPH the audio is very bad.
Any ideas? do I need to update some software?
Also, I assume the mic's are next to the lights above the rear view mirror.
Thanks for the help

I have the same issue, other people have complained about the voice quality in several occasions
I took the car to the dealer, they tried it out with their own phone and couldn't find anything wrong with it and blamed it on my phone. Seriously doubt it, but there was no fix
If they fix something in your car, please let me know as I'd like to take this back to the dealer with something concrete
Thanks,
-K

I must say, Snagitsevern got it spot on, there as a TSB on this.
I tool the car the dealer today, they didn't even look at it, they said there was an issue with the Mic, where a slight rattle with the rubber housing caused the issue. They ordered a new set of mic(s), and booked the car in for it to be done.
Other issues i will have them look at, while its in the shop;
- Burning smell (not all the time, only when the car is warmed up) seem to be seats, but not 100% sure
- resetting the MMI PIN no way of doing this.
Hpe this helps you
