BioDiesel B20
Anybody running BioDiesel B20 in there Audi A7 TDI in CA? Any issues with it? I recently pulled up to my local gas station to fill up and noticed all the pumps switch over to B20. So I hesitated to fill up out of caution and drove over to another gas station which still has Diesel #2. I'm sure it's probably fine, but wanted to check in here. Haven't reached out to my local Audi dealer yet, may do that this week.

I'm pretty sure the owners manual states to never put anything besides regular diesel into the fuel tank.
I don't think biodiesel will affect the engine negatively at all, but might negatively effect the emissions.
As you know, VW/Audi now are VERY particular about anything emissions related, so it would make sense for them to be strict about what fuel you use.
I think an occasional/emergency fill up of biodiesel should be ok, just don't make it a habit.

Stick with VW/Audi recommendation.
Audi’s recommendation is not related to diesel-gate, e.g. see this https://www.cummins.com/engines/biodiesel-faqs

Heard back from my Audi dealer today. They said to use only Diesel #2. Luckily there's another gas station close by with Diesel #2, but it's ~10 cents more a gallon.
On a side note, I've been checking used A7 TDI prices nation wide and they actually have gone up a few thousand dollars from what they were like over a year ago. I know it's mostly a result of inflation, but it also seems there aren't too many out there to be had. Maybe time to sell?

These Audi TDI engines are a rarity and that also contributes to their price. Even after used car prices settle down again, I predict the Audi TDI models will retain their value if not appreciate.
