I want to do a suspension level calibration on my 2011 Audi A7.

I followed all the instructions, but as i entered the security access key "31564", I got "wrong key".

Does anyone have an idea what the right numbers are or what I might be doing wrong?

The adjustment is for the S7. The A7 has springs, the S7 has air bags.

edit: that's for North American cars.

Go check in with the guys in the S6 forum, it's not possible to calibrate using VAG COM on this platform.

They've tried everything with no success

Audi dealers can do it using their computer, but it's not possible to do it at home

That's why I added the edit after I thought about it.

Where do you live? The North American A6/A7's have springs.

Do you have the same suspension as the S7? Because as far as anyone can tell you can't do the S7/S6 through VagCom but it might be different if you have a different suspension.
