-Windows and sunroof open and close with remote
-double disarm beep
-close trunk with remote one click
-Vehicle in motion video
-disable phone warning in motion
-show gear selection in automatic D and S modes
-adaptive brake lights in emergency braking
-disable led wink on turn signals
-gauge test needle sweep

it seems most of the B8 mods works for the most part.

Anyone in Long Beach, CA area that can do some of the mods on my 2012 A7?

Thanks much.

Hello, I live in the DC/MD area. Is it possible for us to meet up so I can see some of these MODS? I'm considering getting some of them done.

Jeremymc, I am leaving for a business trip tomorrow, when I am back after 4/25 maybe we can meet half way, I am in Santa Clarita, and can do some mods for you.
I have done on mine: video in motion, close trunk with remote, needle sweep and windows open and close with remote.

Hi there,

I tried the above two commands on my UK A7, but they didn't work. I followed the instructions and the changes didn't make any difference.

Does anyone know if there are alternatives, or anything I may be doing wrong?

Thanks

I have looked in my 2012 menu to enable the trunk close, however, it would appear that in the 46 menu under coding - I do not have the option to select/unselect the necessary byte-bit. Is it possible you can provide me some assistance in locating the necessary settings.

Thanks
Mike

Are you referring to a power trunk close feature? If so, I would imagine that you couldn't select that option if you don't have the necessary hardware from the factory.

Does changing the factory setting void your AofA warranties?

Yes, I'm refering to the power trunk. I am able to open it with the keyfob, just didn't see the menu option as above to close the trunk. I've heard the early 2012's are a little different then some of the later 2012's
