A7 headlamp washers

I'm new to Audi world, could anyone assist with two requests

1) location of fuse box for headlamp washers

2) is it a common fault for these to fail, if so what is the typical fault

Where in the world are you located?
The A7 in the US do not have washers but they look like they do. (Maybe the newer models changed that but mine doesn't have)

My 2012 A7 (in Canada) certainly has them. It activates every 8th time the windshield washers are used.
