That is if they get that plant in Japan back on line and begin producing the metallic chips/flecks so they can get enough to actually paint cars. Right now I can't even get touch-up paint for my car, and body shops can't get what they need to mix the color. Not a good situation.

Havana Black is actually one of a long list of colour affected by what has happened in Japan. You can add Daytona Grey, Lava Grey, Panther Black, Teak Brown, Misano Red, Shiraz Red, Deepsea Blue, Aviator Blue, Scuba Blue and Glacier White. All these colours are experiencing problems with supple.

Audi along with other manufacturers will need to be searching out alternative suppliers.
