I just ordered my 2013 A7 Prestige due in December. I was hoping to find a PDF of the owner's manual so I could read about all of the features in detail. I was surprised that I couldn't find anything on the internet. Does anyone know where I could find one?

Unfortunately, Audi these days does not publish full owners manuals in PDF form. Due to potential copyright issues and the sizes (hundreds of pages make up the two manuals - car operation and entertainment), no one has published them online that I've seen.
