But if i was never on a track or running really hard i would be fine with M15W30 if it was a lot cheaper. But in general it isn't, so I us the rally good stuff - which I define as ACEA A3, VW 50x approved and Porsche approved.
Since you have a turbo, hgih temp is in fact important, although I used M1 5W30 in my S4 ( biturbo) for years with good results. Grant glenahan@fastmail.fm
