Most people would have been smart enough to move their car if they did that.

Having said that, I just don't care. He did it. I can get him prosecuted. To avoid prosecution he will pay me for my damage. End of story. If he learns his lesson then I just don't care. If he blissfully continues through life and does it to someone else then I just don't care either. But maybe in the process he will learn his lesson and he won't do it again. Eh, ok. Fine. Just give me the money. :-)
