I think it would cost more money than I'd want to spend on it. I'm perfectly willing to invest a thousand modding my car for things that give me instant gratification (nice wheels, getting it chipped etc), but the whole suspension area is not looking like value for money for my taste. Even if I had a racetrack next door to me, I wouldn't drive my A6 round it. I'd get something like a Caterham 7 for such activities :-)

My 2004 Avant 2.7 Turbo Quattro. Sold 2nd October 2008 !!
Timing Belt was due in 5,000 miles. Warranty had expired. My luck had held out for 14 months without any painful problems, and I was being really tempted by some BMWs, so I figured I'd take my chance to get out without injury. Big chance in a year or two I'll be back here with an A5 or S5.
