With JET's support, for which I'm very grateful, I've been posting once a month about the reliability research I'm conducting. This forum has been very helpful.

I've provided some results for the 2001 and 2002, and there will be an update for these years in May, but the sample sizes have been very low. More participants are very much needed.

Participants report repairs the month after they occur. When there are no repairs, they simply report an approximate odometer reading four times a year, at the end of each quarter.

To encourage participation, panel members receive full access to the results free of charge.
