Why would anyone personally lease a car with mileage restrictions knowing that they will have to drive alot for work. I hope the car is leased through her families company, and the lease payment is being made by the company. Overmileage on the car should then be paid by the company and then it really isn't an issue as it can become a business expense. Another example of why leasing an automobile for personal use is a bad decision IMHO. It can be great for a business use vehicle though.
