I spent a ton more time researching and driving cars than I did in negotiating. Once I had zeroed in on the Audi everything else was easy. I'd rather spend my time working to make a few thousand than trying to save $500 or $1,000. However, I was pretty close to being caught up in it all just due to the proliferation of sites devoted to cars and their pricing.
