It definitely helps. If you want to get really anal, pull the front and rear seats and Dynamat the floorboards, and under the rear seat. Dynamat on the doors helps alot as well.

Fyi, onlinecarstereo.com often has good deals on Dynamat. When I did mine, they were selling the Trunk kit for half of what Car Toys sold it for.
