Happened to me once
Something was out of whack and it was as if the sunroof couldn't figure out if it was opened or closed.
I manually closed the sunroof according to the owner's manual and ever since it has worked without problem.

Happend to me once. Try this:
Open your windows and put the sunroof switch in the closed position, then get out of the car and lock the car with the key. Hold the key in the lock to the locked direction and your windows should go up...hopefully the sunroof closes too.
