Clearly it should be clipped in place, but I have no idea what it is and what it does. Does it have anything to do with the ABS? Since my ABS - Brake Light recently came on and the three beeps? I just recently had control arms replaced, and new rims/tires mounted. So is this the cause of the ABS - Brake light or unrelated? Either way, please someone tell me what it is and what it does, and what its connected to?

Can't really tell from the picture if the clip is too damaged.

As others have said, it is your headlight adjuster, semi common for it to break/unhook
