it's broke!
hmm, the doors make me think about the common latch sensor problem...the lights and sunroof make me wonder though. does the AC work? and is this with the car started, or just turned on?
I'm guessing there'a a short or a bad ecu or something...but lord, I hope it's not an ecu (besides, don't get too concerned yet, these are random guesses, let's hope someone more experienced with this car's electrical gremlins chimes in)

A search will turn up some answers...(see inside).
I forget the details in my case (4.5 years ago)...a bent pin in a connector in the sunroof, window, door lock, and alarm circuit caused an intermittent symptom in my car like you are experiencing. Other people had similar symptoms and in some cases I think it was a problem with the sensor for determining that the door was closed. If the car doesn't think the door is closed, the alarm won't set correctly, and nothing on the circuit works correctly. Others had moved or removed the seat and/or broken a wire, or shorted a fuse (#14)...

How many open doors? 3? Sounds like fuse 14....
Lots of potential causes - check this link or just search the C5 archives for "fuse 14"<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/a6/msgs/559749.phtml">Click</a></li></ul>

Check the fuse panel. You'll find #14 is blown. Then you need to figure out why.
If you search, you'll find there are lots of potential causes. Have you been doing any work in the dash? Visor? Does the fuse blow when you move around in the seat? That was the ticket for me - all I did was disconnect the rear footwell light connector under the front seat.
Get some 10amp fuses. You may go through a few before you figure it out.
Just try a few of the simple things before you let a dealer or shop rip you a new one.
