drivers side Zenon out what would be easiest?
I have a '98 A6 and was thinking of getting two new assemlbies since the clear plastic lens on both are yellowing out....should I just buy these? if so where is a good place to get a good deal?
also if I was to just replace the drivers side Xenon bulb do I have to get an Audi OEM bulb to match it....or will both OEM/aftermarket not match?

Just buy 2 "aftermarket" ones...
From eBay. I bought 2 brand new D2S Osram Xenarcs (the same bulb Audi used as OEM) for $60. The seller had tons of feedback, and the bulbs have worked just fine for over 8 months now. You will need a pair because the colors will not match. That's why I had to buy my set (Audi replaced a single bulb for the PO). The link below is for a set from the same seller I bought from.

D2S
