Tom, can you test this for me when you have a chance: Hold down the FWD or REW button on the steering wheel or radio while the iPod is in play. Does it scan the track instead of skipping tracks? I have used different remotes for the iPod and that seems to be a standard behavior (same if you do it right on the clickwheel on the iPod). Since the FWD/REW buttons are right on the steering wheel, it would make it a lot more convenient. Thanks!
