You can buy mine...
I find that the running lights are only slightly dimmer than stock, but the brake lights are not bright enough, don't carry as far.
I wanted LED so they'd be instant-on, figuring this would increase reaction time of the car behind me. But being this dim, I'm not satisfied.
I'm interested how bright these are:
