If you have either of these wheels on your car

The factory supplied plastic wrench sucks. It slips off the cap too easily. You can tighten them enough w/it, but then loose the ablity to get them off again. So, they remain loose enough for easy removal or worse, someone to possibly steal.

Although I just removed my RC's for the season, I was able to fully tighten and then lossen my caps w/great ease.
